Animal Love

There is nothing quite like walking in the door after a hard and stressful day at work, to a) have Mr M cooking dinner but equally lovely b) have our 5 year old tabby cat Tarzan, eagerly awaiting my arrival home. Tarzan, our aforementioned cat, came in to my life 5 years ago as his mum had just had him and 4 other ‘siblings’ and were disposing of them in a less than desirable way, and he was the last one left and there was no way I was leaving without him. Tarzan seems to know all the rules and abides by them with human accuracy. He loves sharing the couch with Mr M and I and I love how he patiently awaits our arrival home each night. Animals are beautiful and remarkable creatures that bring a smile when we’re down, laughs all the time and comfort when we need it. The world would be a much lesser place without them all in it. These photos are ones I love…you know the emails you get at work, 98% of them are crap but then one pops through with pictures like these and I just had to share, with Tarz thrown in for good measure…of course!

    These pictures are almost too cute for words! Pets play such an important role don’t they – they seem to have all the wonderful traits associated with humans and very few of the bad. Hope you’re having a fabulous week so far!

    These image are so adorable. Whenever I visit my family our little dog squeals with delight and gets so excited. It’s such a nice welcome. We’re hoping to get a dog soon if we can persuade our landlady. Keep your paws crossed for us.

    These pics are great 🙂 Especially the bird and the mouse. I also have a pet, it´s a dwarf rabbit but unfortunately I don´t have much time to spend with it. Anyway while speaking about someone to come home to, I would really like to live with my boyfriend but we don´t have enough money as I´m still studying. He´s the one I´d like to await me at home… xoxo Eve.h
