Summer Lovin’

Deep down I think my favourite Season is Autumn. What with the cooler weather allowing you to start your transition in to your warmer clothes and the beautiful colours of the changing leaves, but everytime the cooler weather is leaving my city and the sun starts to make an appearance I get so excited and happy. There really is just something about Summer that makes me a more carefree person, it could be because of my love for long days at the beach, followed by casual balmy nights that seem to go on forever. Or that the sun sets a little later and rises a little earlier. I just love the cute little outfits and the more relaxed feel … my spirit seems to come alive in Summer. Today is our first day of 30 degrees here in Perth and although I’m incredibly sick with a cold (oh the irony right?) the smile can’t be wiped off my face.

So here’s to bright coloured bikini’s, warm nights, exciting days and carefree spirits.

    You could not have said it better, Anna! “My spirit seems to come alive in Summer…” I just love that sentiment. 🙂 It is autumn in the states, however, so I’m going to have to vicariously enjoy the giddiness of the summer months through you. 😉 I’m so sorry to hear you’re sick, though!     I love holidays and summer as much as you do. It´s the best season 🙂 I´m sooo jealous of you. It´s a half of autumn here in the Czech rep and even though the weather is still quite ok I miss summer already. Enjoy yourself 🙂 I like all the pics. xoxo Eve

    @Cotewrites – Well we can live vicariously through one another because as much as my spirit is alive in Summer, I do LOVE my Autum months too 🙂 Thats one thing I love about blogging, we all share different seasons and different trends.     I love every season I think! maybe spring a bit less..I love autumn for the colors and I can also wear my leather jackets ahah !

    For summer: Fireworks! Love sipping ice tea, patio dinning, summer breeze from an open window, longer day time, store opening late, festivals… just to name a few. But Fall is my favorite season as well. xoxo

    What I love in summer is the warm sun, beach trip, and wearing skirts and shorts without putting tights, I also enjoy ice cream times haha. In my country it’s the most dominant weather and unfortunately there’s no autumn but I saw what happens in autumn during of my trip, it’s really a beautiful season!     I love going on vacation so much! Each year I go somewhere exciting. It’s so nice to meet new people, explore new food and culture, watch your skin darken, sleep in, swim for hours, and have summer flings with people you probably wont see for the rest of your life 🙂

    love summer… the beach, endless days, icy white wine, summer dresses. Sigh. Luckily the fall has been beautiful in NYC so far – will live vicariously through you!
